Trước khi chuyển tiền
Before you send money
- Xem nhà trực tiếp nếu có thể. Không chuyển tiền đặt cọc cho tin đăng “chủ ở nước ngoài” trên mạng xã hội.
- View the property in person when you can. Don’t transfer deposits for “overseas landlord” social-media listings.
- Đọc hợp đồng (lease) trước khi ký. Hỏi rõ tiền thuê, bao gồm gì, và ngày bắt đầu.
- Read the lease before signing. Confirm rent, inclusions and start date.
Bond (tiền đặt cọc)
Bond
- Bond thường được giữ qua hệ thống Bond Administrator — xem hướng dẫn trên Consumer Protection.
- Bonds are generally lodged with the Bond Administrator — see Consumer Protection guidance.
- Giữ biên lai / xác nhận nộp bond. Khi trả nhà, làm biên bản tình trạng nhà.
- Keep bond receipts / lodgement confirmation. Complete condition reports when you move out.
